Tim Talks began as a simple blog for Tim to flex his creative muscles and keep the dream of becoming a full-time writer alive. Tim quit his day job of 16 years at the end of 2023 to pursue a happier life and write his way into the life he’s always dreamed of having. Everything you find on this site is created with that in mind. There are always changes on the horizon, so come back often.
Tim Severson
Tim was born in Ogdensburg, NY, and spent his formative years growing up in Brainerd, MN. He received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Tim is happiest when he entertains those around him and brings a smile to their faces. Tim challenges how things are supposed to work by doing what he loves and figuring out the rest.
Tim is a husband to his high school sweetheart and stunner, Jenni, and he is a father to his two fantastic children, Jude and Clementine.
The Kids Are In Bed
Tim and Jenni are high school sweethearts doing their best to navigate life, marriage, and parenting. The Kids Are In Bed was created to entertain and make listeners laugh. Tim and Jenni take a light-hearted approach to every topic they discuss.
